Michong Syclone: cyclone changed weather patterns, rain and snowfall across the country

DELHI: According to Skymet Weather report, today there may be light to moderate rain in Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, South Bihar and Gangetic West Bengal along with heavy rain at some places.

Cyclone Michong formed in the Bay of Bengal and crossed Andhra coast yesterday. Along with this, rains intensified in Andhra coast as well as in some parts of Tamil Nadu and even in many areas of Telangana.

In Kashmir, the mercury has gone below zero in most parts of the valley, due to which the severity of cold has increased. The Meteorological Office said that the sky will be generally cloudy. But the weather will remain mainly dry till December 10.

It is raining heavily in some parts of the country due to Cyclone Michong. At present the pace of rain has slowed down. Due to snowfall in the mountains, the temperature has gone below zero. Whereas the people of the plain states are currently waiting for the cold.

Rain activities are expected to increase in Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura on December 7. The sea condition will be rough to very rough along the coastal areas of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh as well as northern parts of Tamil Nadu. There itself

Light rain is possible in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Marathwada, Eastern Uttar Pradesh.

Minimum temperatures will remain low in the North Indian plains in the coming days and single digit minimum temperatures are expected to continue. There has been a significant drop in the minimum temperatures in the North Indian plains. Dry weather conditions have been observed in the northern parts of the country for the last few days. In fact, the maximum temperature has reached below 10 degrees in many parts of the plains including Delhi and NCR region.
